I’ve seen the exact same issue but it only happens if I’ve set a 100% charge using the app. If I don’t set it back in the app the car still goes to 100% regardless of what it’s set to charge to in the car. I suspect it’s a bug as already mentioned by Skku.

100% on mine after the dealer tried to charge me a petrol/diesel fuel surcharge. “Sorry about that” they said the computer automatically adds on the cost of a quarter of a tank of petrol/diesel.

Not everything is available in every country on every model. You need to drill down on each topic... see the below for the News Option. I basically get the same as you, very limited options.

Have you tried using another 7KW home box at a different location? I know it's easier said than done. Also have you used the reduced current setting on the car to make sure its the load causing the issue and not the wall box. My experience of wall box peeps is, if they can get out of fixing an issue...
