Re: Recuperation limited to 80%. Turns on heater
What does the blue regen bar show on the dashboard? i.e. how much dull blue is there to the left (which indicates the limit of regen). It’s normal for it to be less than 100% availability until the battery warns a bit. Or if the battery is too full to accept more charge at the rate regen would produ...

Are you logged in? If not, it'll default back to the same each time.

Re: Enyaq Charging Flap Wont Open
Have a look at this extensive thread: https://www.enyaqforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=2525 It's a common issue on many Skoda/VW/Seat/Cupra/Audi models, even the petrol and diesel ones. Water gets into the locking motor and causes it to rust and jam. It is possible to get the flap cover off with limite...

Re: Battery dies
If the car is parked and locked, the traction battery is isolated from everything - so there is nothing powered by it. If you left it at 13%, then I'd expect it to still have 13% a week later. If this isn't the case then you have an internal battery fault and it needs to be looked at by a dealership...

Re: Puddle lights broken up
It's not the air temperature as such, it's the heat of the LED projector bulb itself that causes the mask on the bit of thin film just in front of it to break up. Possibly combined with water getting into the area from car washing maybe. The software update most likely reduces the brightness of the ...

Re: Do you use the paddles
I don't use them when driving on flat roads, I let the automatic regen variation system do that. After 3.5 years, I'm happy that it does a better job than I could, and does save quite a bit of power. However if I'm driving in hilly areas, I quite often increase the regen when descending hills to hel...

Re: Call for headlamp levellers test (all Enyaq's without matrix light)
If you want to see if there are any outstanding recalls (quite often these are just things that will done the next time the car is in for a service or some other reason, not a call to bring the car in urgently), you can use this website: https://aus.skoda.com.au/request/vin-checker#secb (don't worry...

Re: Ventilated Seats
Wasn't an option on any pre-2023 model at all, but on the pre-facelift 85, I think only the L&K had them. On the facelift models I'm not sure if it is an option on UK models, though it certainly is on some EU ones. Though maybe it'll come later on the L&K and possibly vRS when they're introd...

Re: Disapointing long journey yesterday
I wouldn't want to stop anymore than once on a 250 mile journey. Unless I'd had too many cups of tea :) But yes- it's me that's the limiting factor, not the car's range :D I aim for 2 hours/150 miles, but will stop sooner if I get hungry or need the loo, or there's simply somewhere nice to stop (eg...

Re: Disapointing long journey yesterday
The only time I do it is if (a) I know there won't be any more 100kW+ DC chargers anywhere near my route (which for North Cornwall is a real possibility) and I'd like the extra buffer to be able to get back to one, and (b) there are unoccupied chargers and nobody waiting and (c) I'm stopping for a w...
