Re: Fuse 52

Ah, I didn't spot it I'm going blind (age defect). I'll look tomorrow. Thanks. I'll probably set it to permanent on, I can then use my powered tyre pump when I'm not sitting in the driving seat

Fuse 52

The manual tells me that Fuse 52 feeds the power socket in the luggage compartment.
The picture doesn't show the location of fuse 52.

Where is it? my socket isn't working.

Shop

Yesterday I got an email from Skoda about PowerPass Map. I have tried to access it via Shop, but the screen simply says "Accessing".

How long is this supposed to take?

Or is there something else I need to do to get it?

Re: Fuse replacement

I did find the tool in the under-bonnet fuse box. Didn't grip properly, so I found my pliers. I've ordered a kit of assoeted spare fuses and it comes with another fuse extractor.

Re: Fuse replacement

Thanks for your suggestions. Yes, pushing the stay backwards allowed it to be removed from the flap. Why Skoda could have told me this, God only knows. However, I couldn't find the "locking lugs" mentioned in the manual so I still couldn't fully drop the flap. But, yes, there is access to ...

Re: Fuse replacement

Thanks, but not the slightest chance of getting at the fuse box on the right side of the glovebox. Can't even see it.

So, I go back to my question: How do I remove dthe plastic link from the glove box without breaking something?

I need to change a fuse. The owner's manual says " loosen the brake rod of thestoreage compartment". Sound simply, but how? I rang the Skoda help line and was told they couldn't tell me over the phone in cae I hurt myself and blamed them.
