Re: Winter efficiency?

My third winter with this car, it's always depressing how much it drops. But even in the summer the 200+ miles I got at the very start were never achievable.

Re: Getting into the car when both key batteries are flat

I changed myself, following the user manual, and no issues. Didn't have time or inclination to get anyone official to do it.

The main thing I was curious to know was how to deactivate alarm and actually drive the thing, so the cup holder sounds like the answer.

Cheers all

Re: Getting into the car when both key batteries are flat

But I can't open the driver door to get in the seat, it didn't centrally unlock other doors. and will holding the key against the button and pressing it then stop the alarm?

Getting into the car when both key batteries are flat

Fun and games this morning when leaving for work. Both my key batteries have now flattened within the two years (one went flat in the drawer in my house). Anyway, I used the manual override key in the passenger door, only to then have the alarm going off (dumb that the key in door doesn't disengage ...

Re: Driven like Miss Daisy but enyaq fully charge only showing 184miles

Other than right at the start, I've generally found the range on my iv60 disappointing, even in the summer; I'll accept winter is crap. In hindsight I've of gone for a niro, which my father in law gets 250+ all year round off a 60kw battery (bulk of the vehicle I guess)

Re: Intelligent Octopus Setup

Sounds too buggy still. Think I'll just renew my octopus go for now, even if variable rate now...

Re: Charge door

See my post about it, updated this week. Happened twice for me and ended up with Skoda assist forcing it open, Stanley knifing it, and a replacement for the hatch infrastructure. They also have to denergise the car, so don't take it in with lots of charge!

Also had my two year service. Windscreen wiper blade advisory was the only flag 👍

Re: Charge hatch not opening AGAIN

For anyone interested, my car has just spent a week at Skoda having the charge port and actuator replaced. Popping open and shut beautifully now, but had to spend a week spending 3x more on petrol for my commute than my electric, in a go-kart fabia. Hopefully none of you will experience this annoyance

Re: Schedules with a mind of their own

We have an issue with the preferred charge times too. If we set the schedule to allow for 4 hours of charging, to a max SoC of 80%, it can ignore the end time and just charge to 80% regardless. Been back to Skoda twice so far and they have not provided any resolution - to be honest, they are useles...
