I just got this reply from the MySkoda app developers when I complained about the 'Smart Charge' system. I'm a bit surprised at what they are indicating... that perhaps only newer versions of the Enyaq will be updatable, and not the ones we've been sold.

You have to enter your credit card details into the app, and when you use the card you get bills which show up in 'History' in the app.

I confirm that Enyaq's don't come with a 13A lead, which has to be purchased separately. I am using the one that came as standard with my wife's Renault Zoe: it works fine on the Enyaq.
