Re: Electric drive not working correctly. Please visit workshop

Because our message disappeared and the car has been fine since (and covered another 400 miles), Skoda Assist do not see it as critical and the earliest the local dealer can look at it is in two weeks time. We have another South to North trip next week which will add another 500 miles so fingers cro...

Re: Do all your doors open easily - from the inside?

Ours all open fine from the inside.

Only thing we have noticed is that the drivers side doors (both front and rear) need a heavier push from the outside to close properly. So I do wonder if there is a minor door assembly/alignment issue? I see above that this is rear drivers side too?

Thought I’d post this as I think quartz grey was quite a popular choice and to see what it looks like with the 19” wheels.

Hi Phil. I wasn’t sure if it was the same issue as yours because our warning message has gone completely. We do intend to let the dealer know in any case.

Electric drive not working correctly. Please visit workshop

My wife was driving and we stopped on the hard shoulder. After a minute or so of deliberation she put...

Re: Powerpass

Hi Goaty. I filtered Zap Map on Ionity chargers for our trip to the Wirral and was delighted to see one (actually 2) listed at the Chester Porsche Centre which is behind Cheshire Oaks shopping village. The chargers are located within the Porsche car park and definitely available to Joe public. We u...

Re: Gridserve tariff increased from today

By coincidence I just posted in the PowerPass thread that we used the Ionity charger in Chester a few days ago and it was really good. Shame there are not more of these. The closest we have to our house is Cobham and Beaconsfield but they are still a decent drive away so not really worth it unless p...

Re: Powerpass

I used the Ionity charger at the Chester Porsche Centre a few days ago (max 350Kwh chargers) and it was a good experience made even sweeter by the 25p PowerPass rate! It charged at about 80Kwh which was noticeably faster than Gridserve.

It would be great to see more of these rolled out in the UK.
