Re: Charging in a garage
Hi , yes it is in an integral garage , there’s a carbon monoxide monitor , no use for the car but I have the boiler in there too . My house has smoke detectors in the hall next to the personnel door so I guess that’s enough. I get your point about charging in hot conditions , sure it’s tested to ext...

Charging in a garage
Hi , I’ve a charger in my garage and charge my Enyaq with the garage door shut. The bonnet is only a few inches from the door and often while charging the cars fan comes on to cool the battery I assume. Is there a danger of overheating , or even fire . Previous car was an Audi A6 and that used to jam the brakes on and nearly give me a heart attack passing parked cars or on bends if pedestrians were on the path...

Re: Quick break
Cheers , I’m loving it so far , this trip of around 400 miles over 3 days was a good test . Found good chargers wherever I wanted to stop .

Re: Battery status on infotainment screen
Yes you select vehicle from the main menu screen , then there’s a list of icons down the right hand side . I think it’s the top one “ charging “.

Re: Has anyone actually seen an Enyaq on the road yet?
I live in Wakefield , West Yorkshire , had mine about 7weeks and travelled to the Cotswolds a few days ago so been a fair distance . Not seen another yet, though charged next to an iD4 on my trip .
