Our Enyaq 60 came with ME3.0 and 'easy entry' feature that repositions the drivers seat, the only seat with electric adjustment.

Switching between driver profiles repositions the seat also, but never got it to recognise a driver by their key and prep the car ready on unlocking.

Yeah, multiple app notifications, usually a few minutes after parking up and locking the car after a journey.

I disabled them in the app after a while as they seem to serve no purpose.

The Enyaq user manual refers to a setting on the infotainment screens for 'travel mode' to switch headlights between left and right hand side driving.
