How do you know when the OTA ME3.1 update (to install plug and charge capability) is ready/will download? Apparently it will install after the ME3 software has been installed by the dealer. Any ideas??

I have the same issue - the log in details are correct - it begins to log in and then says log in has failed. I’ve also noticed that my range on the connect app is different to the car. The whole Skoda connect system is such a load of rubbish - but Škoda don’t seem to care!

I’ve just had my chrome grill surround replaced with a black one. My local Skoda dealership did it for £189 all in, including part and labour. They said they had to drop the bumper forward but wasn’t a difficult job. Hope this helps?
