What software version are you on? Could this a reason?

I’m on software 3.0

Mine was updated in March 2023 by Fish Brothers Swindon, they also sorted the puddle lights and the steering wheel issue

Have you got Auto Hold turned on?

I have this turned off for this reason, scares the monkey out of me when it brakes suddenly!

I have been quoted by Fish Brothers £320 which includes the brake fluid and pollen filter replacement.

Still got no idea what they are servicing to cost that much
