The only thing I can think of is the manager at the dealership as made a mistake in saying that he had it fitted when he never, I have not yet been down to them since but I just had Skoda on the phone

So after 2 weeks, the dealership has now opened a case with customer care and they will be in contact with me in the next 24 hours to discuss more in detail? so whatever that means I'm not sure.

Yes this happened to me last week on my journey home for about half an hour it was off whilst at home turn the car off when indoors then went back 10 minutes later and it seemed to resume it self

I’ve just gone out and taken pictures of the symbol of my glass and also the front driver-side glass looks very similar to what you’ve sent over so I’ll wait for the dealership to come back and hopefully confirm I have acoustic glass
