Re: Trip to the South West from the Midlands

Can’t advise on Sainsbury’s chargers but there is a MFG charging hub near the McDonald’s in Saltash (10 x CCS) who take credit cards/Zap-Pay app/Electroverse/MFG app - so a great option I’d suggest. Perfect, that's right on my route. Do you happen to know if it's better to use a visa card or an ele...

Re: How will current customers be converted?

Nice one Skoda, I placed an order for 85x Sportline Plus in mid December on 12 week lead time and was told I could get an 80x within 2 weeks so I changed the order. Still didn’t need the extra battery capacity anyway. Over the moon with the car either way, it’s an amazing drive. Tricky 8-) Is it ex...

Trip to the South West from the Midlands

Hello Enyaqers. We've got a trip planned this coming half term where we'll need to drive from Leamington Spa down to Looe in Cornwall and back. We're going to have to charge at some point as its 240 miles one way. I've never used a public charger before and I have to admit, I'm not really looking fo...

Re: Intelligent Octopus or Octopus Go

Last question on this. If I forget to plug in for an overnight charge and I want to put in only solar, is that an option. I know I can 'boost' from the Octopus app but that will just deliver 7.2Kw whether we are generating or not. Has anyone with my setup used Boost in combination with Eco+ on the Z...

Re: Intelligent Octopus or Octopus Go

Just swapped over. It went very smoothly. I now just have to sort out the PV export which is slightly complicated by the fact we have 2 solar arrays. One was purchased 10 years ago (3.3kw) and has a FIT scheme and the other (4.4kw) was added 14 months ago with no FIT. The FIT is now with Ocotopus as...

Intelligent Octopus or Octopus Go

I could do with a bit of advice. We have a Zappi, 7.7Kw of installed Solar and Octopus Go. We charge our Enyaq only about 20-25 times per year (4hrs at 7kw) from imported grid energy as the rest of the year it's on solar. This all works fine and I've found the Zappi to be rock solid and reliable for...
