Re: Looking for Home Charge point recommendations

I have a PodPoint charger and it works fine, as does the app for scheduled charging. The customer service is terrible though.

If I hadn't of got my PodPoint free with my previous car, I may have ended up with an Andersen EV Charger: https://andersen-ev.com.

What is this hole for?

Looking at the 12v charger, up and right from there is a hole. In line with this, and below where you would drop the back seats, there is a catch to put something in

What's it for? Surely not another umbrella given the space in the front doors?

The link posted earlier is a good indication of where your mileage will go: City - Cold Weather * 200 mi Highway - Cold Weather * 145 mi Combined - Cold Weather * 170 mi City - Mild Weather * 300 mi Highway - Mild Weather * 185 mi Combined - Mild Weather * 230 mi (https://ev-database.uk/car/1279/Sko...

Re: Ridiculous waiting times

According to the dealer that sold me my car, waiting times aren't getting much better for the Enyaq. He's mentioned that a local taxi company tried to order 300 Enyaqs for next year. Skoda can provide them with only 100 in 2022, the remainder in 2023. He mentioned that if I don't like the Enyaq and ...

Re: Navigation night mode?

Did anyone solve this? Mine doesn't seem to change at night, even when set to auto. Does it depend on what version of the screen software you have? I'd be on the phone to the dealer about it if I were you. I have a base model Loft, with little added, and the day/dark mode works fine. Any drop in li...

Re: Ambient lighting colours

So I'm in the UK, and the options are all there. When I dismiss the "Sorry, this function is currently unavailable" message, I can drag the slider but almost immediately, the error message appears. That is why you can see I have pink and blue chosen. However, the colour that comes on is Gr...

Re: Ambient lighting colours

Can someone help me with what I am doing wrong? I can't seem to get the lighting to update. It'll change colour when I change Eco (green) mode to Normal (white), but I can't customise it for myself. I get the error below: Screenshot 2021-11-30 at 14.24.04.png or is it the case I haven't purchased th...

Re: 11kw charging AC, could it be increased to 22kw?

My limited understanding of this is, it's a hardware restraint. To get 22kw, an additional onboard charger would need to be installed to take the 11kw up to 22kw, or a 22kw charger installed. This can be done within the VW group at the time of building the car with Porsche and Audi: https://www.pors...

Re: Winter Tyres

Will call VW dealer in time and get a quote for a set with winters. Online you can get a set of Black Steels & Continental WinterContact TS in 18" for £817 delivered for a set of 4 This is cheaper than four winter tyres to the current 20" wheels I've got. Can you share a link to the s...
