So had the same fault on mine with the "could not open connection status" message. Used the pull fuse 19 fix as suggested by Rich R on this thread. Very easy to do as the cover of the fuse box pulls off easily and there is a fuse puller in the front fuse box under the bonnet. Works a treat...

Yes - having issues with charging as it does not seem to want to integrate with my Zappi charger. Am trying various solutions to get off peak charging to work. It keeps saying the charger is not locked in but when I press start charging it will respond. Not quite sure how to make it seem less.
