Re: Efficiency - Is this normal? And any tips?

Maybe I’m missing something but 98 miles with a SoC falling from 98% to 58% is 98miles for 40% battery. At that rate a full battery would get you around 245 miles, not the 164m miles calculated in the OP. With around 77kWh usable capacity, that’s 3.2 mi/kWh. Not amazing efficiency but sounds pretty ...

Re: iOS App Widget?

Me either. Handy, thanks.

Kinda makes the eternal mi/km fiasco even more annoying though!

Re: Estimated range falls at the end of charging

Looks like an 5:8 mi:km conversion, but applied to a figure already in miles. Based on this forum, it seemed to have been a long-standing issue on the Skoda app when I first got my Enyaq, just over a year ago. Seems to be better for me these days.

Re: Fast charging issue

Thank you for your comment. Is there any option or method to precondition the battery before fast charging? Like in Tesla as they have a function in the infotaintment to do this. No precondition option in these modules, although the updated version for 2024 apparently does have this. I think it’s b...

Re: Fast charging issue

You should get more than 30-40kW starting from 25% unless the battery is very cold. But don’t expect to see the 100kW+ speeds too often, and certainly not as an average for a 20-80% charge. I also have an iV60 that came with ME3.2 and at ~10°C, starting from 20%, I would expect to get starting speed...

Re: Car gives cable error if not charging immediately

I think it’s normal behaviour with any delayed start charge. In my case I have the same red light but in the end the charge does still start when it’s supposed to.

Re: Off peak charging - best controlled by car or charger?

Thanks for the posts. I think I’m going to use the ‘charger’ as it’s more reliable and easy to override if i need to.

Re: Off peak charging - best controlled by car or charger?

Not Octopus. I realise that either car or charger could do it. I suppose I’m mainly interested to hear experiences of whether the car works reliably, given all the other issues with the software.

Off peak charging - best controlled by car or charger?

Hi,

I’m just moving to an off-peak tariff. I’m interested to get the consensus on whether it’s best to use the vehicles software or my wall chargers software for setting the charging window.

Car is Enyaq iV60 (late 2022) running software v3.2
Charger is Hypervolt (current firmware)

Thank you

Re: Winter efficiency?

In this weather? Between 3.2-3.4, depending on how carefully I’ve been driving. Typically I set the ACC to 62 on motorways, climate control set to auto at 19°C, seat and steering wheel heating to add comfort if necessary. I think pre-heating the cabin whilst connected to mains is helping take the ed...
