Re: App down?
Amazing that this still is an issue. Sold my Enyaq and got a Model Y. So much better in almost all ways.

Re: Travel Assist is currently unavailable
My Enyaq’s been in the garage today. Travel assist issue is related to faulty touch sensor module in the steering wheel. Known issue ! New steering wheel on order to replace the original one. The blue / yellow flashing issue on the instrument screen’s been reported to Skoda for investigation. Up da...

Re: Service Interval
The Enyaq service plan is a joke and a bit of a scam. The main reason it's there is for VW to continue making money of the car. Don't take this from me, I was told this by a Skoda mechanic that worked on my car. He said "We'll charge you about 390 euros for checking your brakes, and checking th...

Re: Heat pump vibrations and noise
Thanks for all the info. Here is a clip where I try to capture the sound of the pump. It is extremely hard to do, and I cant film the vibrations you feel in the car. The first 10 seconds you hear how the pump starts working harder and the sound is like a small petrol engine. Turn up the volume. Plea...

Re: Heat pump vibrations and noise
So I have reported the issues to the shop. Thry were sorry to hear that it is still there and they will try to check other parts and valves. They suspect that perhaps one of the valves dosen't open properly and that an overpressure builds up and causes the entire system to vibrate like crazy. The sa...

Re: Heat pump vibrations and noise
There is the compressor, and there are various fans. Those are the only rotating parts in the cabin heating system. I'd like to think that given you can see and touch the compressor, they would have tried to feel if it was vibrating. Thanks man. I am baffled by the fact that you only hear the pump ...

Re: Heat pump vibrations and noise
Yes, you'd think that you should if it was the compressor causing them when under load - which is why I'm unsure that it's the source of the vibration. Only a VW/Skoda engineer who actually knows the system properly would be able to diagnose this I think. Well the problem is that the Skoda shop was...

Re: Heat pump vibrations and noise
Just a note on terminology: there is no unit called a 'heat pump', what we have is a 'heat pump system' - ie a system that can 'pump' heat from one area to another. In terms of physical components it's not that different to standard aircon in that there's a compressor, valves, and finned heat excha...

Re: Heat pump vibrations and noise
Small screen at the wheel flashing with a blue or yellow cast Sandro What did they do about that particular issue. I have got the same issue too. The speedo screen turns completely blue or slightly yellow for one second a few times a week. I have been trying to capture it happening on a GoPro camer...

Re: Heat pump vibrations and noise
Do I have tried now to use Auto instead of classic AC and now I cant hear it. The pump turn on around 20-21C and you can hear it work up the RPM and with that the vibrations gets more and more intense. The closest I can explain it is if your mobile phone was on the wheel and it vibrated. If you driv...
