Re: Unable to use DC chargers & Battery conditioning.
They wouldn't/couldn't tell me which module was implicated, but 3.5 hours in the garage this morning, reinstalling firmware and updating it to the correct version for the car fixed the problem, I can charge on DC again. Given Update, problem fixed. .. ... but actually failure of AX4 firmware not bei...

Re: Unable to use DC chargers & Battery conditioning.
This thread is talking about a specific issue around AX4 firmware... Essentially, the dealership replaced the AX4 onboard charger, but did not update the firmware to the correct version to match the rest of the car, which in turn broke the DC charging. Has your car had an AX4 replacement? Not as fa...

Re: Unable to use DC chargers & Battery conditioning.
Tonight my car has failed to charge at 3 Ionity Chargers (tried PowerPass rfid car, PowerPass app and Ionity app), and GridServe with contactless credit card. Each time there was a "communication error with the car. Make sure the car is off and try again" or some such. Had to abandon trip ...

Re: Latest Software
The mile to km conversion error is nothing to do with the car software, it happens in the Skoda server after car goes to sleep and stops supplying the correct mile range figure. I was told it would be fixed with an update to the car software. Apparently 2.6 didn't have this problem, and 3.1 or 3.2 ...

Re: Latest Software
Which is a shame because I've seen reports that the hardware supports it, and it can be triggered using an OBD command using a dongle and app

Re: Latest Software
Have people seen the petition for Skoda to bring promised software updates to 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 owners?

Re: Latest Software
My upgrade wishlist as a 3.0.0 owner:
- Fix the occasional spurious km/mile mixup in range estimate in the app
- Plug & Charge
- Battery pre-heating ready for charging/driving
- trip info in virtual cockpit

Re: Power Pass fails again
I've had problems with some BP and Shell chargers. It depends on the individual charging device.

Re: New MySkoda app
Yep, it is partially fixed, sometimes right at the end of charging, but still erratically gives the wrong range.
Before, it was consistently wrong at the end of charging.
But I have to say for me the functionality generally works reliably.
