I had a look at the ID.3 and ID.4 forums and the feature definitely isn't available.
A US forum said it was coming in the '22 model for the ID.4 but I don't know if current models will have all the sensors to retrofit.

Re: Delivery delay
No, my dealer is on hols this week. Someone on the SpeakEV forum said they'd got theirs after all and my dealer promised an update next week when he's back...

Re: Delivery delay
Be interested to hear what they say... Maybe they'll throw in a spare umbrella or ice scraper for the inconvenience!

Re: Delivery delay
No, I didn't get any more info than that...might be related to the bugs ID.3 and ID.4 owners have reported? Maybe they want to resolve them with an update before letting them out the door?

Delivery delay
Just got a call from my dealer to say they're expecting my vehicle to arrive any day now...but are waiting for a software update to be made available in late June before Skoda will allow it to be registered.
So looks like it'll be sat at the dealers a month before I get it!

Re: What home charger are you considering?
I went for an Ohme charger. Their USP is a tie in with Octopus Go but also works with other cheap rate overnight tariffs for lower cost car charging. With all of those you need a smart meter for variable cost tariffs.

The 125kW charging capability isn't just a cable...you can't add it later.

Re: Crystal face illuminated grille
I thought it was a special feature of the First Edition?
There is a mention of it on the new journo review / promo video:.

Re: Introduction
It was pure luck, but I'll happily take it.
The grant changes seem purely cost-driven. If they mean practical EVs are now out of reach for people who were considering them, that's a step backwards for cleaner cars.

Re: Introduction
Got my build week: 22. So I should be looking at taking delivery late June / early July apparently.
Also got my order done in time to get the full EV grant, which is a bonus!
