Interesting! Both our keys are playing up. The spare has only been used once in two years. Car is in for first service next week, does the dealer typically charge labour for changing the batteries?
Anyone know offhand what batteries they are?
Thanks!

Re: Intelligent Octopus Setup
I have Intelligent Octopus and the Ohme Pro charger. I have set up IO to the Ohme charger rather than the car and it works well. On the Ohme dashboard on your app it should say “Smart Charging” at the to of the screen. Tip! Don’t plug the cable into your car until after you have set up the settings ...

Re: Service costs
Just to clarify..
1. The offer page says the brake fluid change is included.
2. The email purchase confirmation says it’s a top up (which is confusing).
3. The physical service plan paperwork that arrives in the post a few days later confirms it’s a brake fluid change.
Hope that helps others.

Yep.. same.
So when I created my user name as Dad (having two daughters) I failed to foresee how weird it was going to be having complete strangers refer to me as Dad ha ha!

Re: Service costs
We purchased it today and noticed the discrepancy around the brake fluid change (also took the screen shot!).. however we’ve now booked the car in for its first service in December and the confirmation from the dealer confirms the pollen and the brake fluid change. £220 all in is pretty damn good as...

Re: Service costs
Skoda website is currently running a November 25% off promotion to purchase a service plan. I entered our cars details and it has quoted us £220 inclusive for the EV inspection service, pollen filter and brake fluid change. It’s presented as a one off purchase and payment (or you can pay monthly for...

Re: Intelligent Octopus Setup
@anglefire. I’m not sure about Zappi but based on Ohme:- 1. Have you configured IO to the Zappi or the Enyaq? Ours is configured to the Ohme.. not the car. 2. Any previous charging schedules on the car itself or the charger can interfere (even if the times look like they won’t) so we deleted them al...

Re: Running costs
The Octo Aid app is quite handy. I can see that my average price per KWh on days with no EV charging is 22p and my overall average in a month (including EV charging usually two or three times a month) is just under 20p.

Re: Running costs
Hmm, our rate is slightly less than that. Even using your the rates that you mention above, if you move the high usage items to the off peak hours then it over compensates. Using Octo Aid app, If I look at the days where I have not charged the car our off peak consumption is 34% so maths still do wo...
