Just for claritys sake, you only get the reduced rate for 1yr if you got the upgraded DC charging on the car (100kW on the iv60 and 125kW on the iV80). This is free for one year then its a monthly annual subscription after that. If you didn't get the DC upgrade then you can only get the reduced rate...

So by the sounds of it, these Dads will get a shock if you go on a road trip and you can swan off into the distance in the iV80

Standard service interval is 2 years from what I understand but if the dealer has done a 'Service Plan' then maybe they do you more. If it wasn't free then you're probably paying for more than you need.

Does seem that no one can seem to crack these supposed standards! I think on my Zappi, it tries to tell the car to do a delayed start, eventually it gives up, charging port indicator goes red and eventually out, but when the Zappi restarts the charge, it fortunately kicks in ok and charges properly....

Looks like you can turn off Lane Assist if you have an OBDeleven dongle. You can set an option to remember your last setting, so if you turn it off via the Infotainment, it will remain off thereafter until you turn it back on again. Haven't confirmed this works but seen it mentioned a few places.

Skoda have confirmed OTA updates are coming in Q2 2022 along with the release of the Coupe. So better get used to it for a good few months.
