Re: Options people regret getting & not getting

However, in hindsight: 1. My Skoda currently won't connect to online services, so I can't use the preheat on demand. 2. The car where I didn't miss heated seats had fabric seats, and my Enyaq has leather... which I'd forgotten feels much colder! I can't remember what it would have cost to get the f...

Re: What software version do you have?

Re: Service Interval

I'd thought it was 2 years. That's one of the things with EVs - servicing is cheaper to do and there's less to go wrong. But haven't got the car yet so can't say for sure.

Re: Car Insurance

You should get 3 days free cover from your dealer, and probably can't get a quote more than a month before delivery, so there's probably no rush.

Re: Car Insurance

We were pleasantly surprised. The quote we got for a brand new 80 was similar to our ancient Vauxhall we're trading in. You should be able to get a rough quote now if you know the model, even without the number plate.

Re: Software Update

Ah - the "Park Assist Plus" that was advertised before launch makes an appearance at last. Wonder whether it can work on cars produced before this update, or whether it requires extra sensors? Good question. I've taken a gamble that it needs the extra cameras from the Parking Package Plus...
