Re: Intelligent Octopus Test Charge
When the light goes green when I plug the charger in, I use MySkoda app to stop the charge - no need to wait 30 mins. IO sends charge plan through a little later on - guess within 30 mins.

Re: Intelligent Octopus Test Charge
I tried again yesterday and somehow it worked! Then a few hours later got the email confirming my switch to IO. So set the PodPoint to manual and plugged the car in. It did start to charge and I decided to stop it after a few minutes using mySkoda app. The IO app stated that it would set a charge pl...

Intelligent Octopus Test Charge
I’ve tried half a dozen times to do the IO Test Charge without success - says it ‘can’t control my vehicle’. I must be doing something wrong in setting it up. I have iV60 - with ME3.0 - and PodPoint Solo charger. I change the PodPoint from ‘Smart’ to ‘Manual’ In the car I set Location to ‘home’ and ...

Re: Intelligent Octopus and PodPoint anyone?
The enclosed process window is clipped and therefore missing some details. Keen to understand what’s involved as will be likely moving from Go to IO next month.

Re: NEW CAR
If you have regen paddles on the steering wheel you will also have a ‘Mode’ button in the row below the info screen. If no paddles then you didn’t order the relevant steering wheel upgrade and won’t have the mode button. Not a big deal - I missed this when I ordered mine in 2021 and do not miss eith...

Re: How many Enyaqs are on the UK roads?
They figures look like rolling totals to me. Or are Leaf and Zoe still selling in massive numbers?

Re: frozen windscreen washer jets
Had this on mine during the cold spell and don’t think it was the jets that were frozen but the bottle itself. Leaving it in sunshine helped and would work for a while but still displayed warning light to fill the wash bottle (which I had topped up with winter rated screen cleaner). Presumed it was ...

Re: Frozen washer jets
Think my bottle is frozen. Just topped up with screen wash but still not working and showing the washer level warning light. How do I defrost the bottle?

Re: Adding the Enyaq to Octopus Intelligent
I’m sure I’ve seen cases of IO customers having one IO supported car that allows them to run the required ‘test charge’ and a second unsupported model that they charge in the six-hour off-peak window (23:30 - 05:30).

Re: Adding the Enyaq to Octopus Intelligent
I’ve requested this as well. Guess the more of us who do this the more likely we’ll get Enyaq on the IO supported list!
