Re: getting 220 miles to show on the clock at 100% charge?

Even as a newbie to the EV world it was clear to me at the outset that the WLTP figures were purely a standardised test to provide a means of comparison between cars. It was clear from most reviews that real world day to day driving would yield nowhere near the WLTP numbers. When I was considering t...

Re: Volume gone mad!

I too just left the car alone for a few minutes and it was back to normal. Very strange though - don’t think there’s any way of changing volume on ‘tones’ and indicators - also very loud haptic click on the screen - so how does this fault come about?

Volume gone mad!

My car has suddenly got very loud! The indicator volume and the drive selector tone are unbearable! Anyone had this issue?

Re: Drive Modes

I don’t have ‘modes’ as didn’t include any Driver pack. Not sure I’m missing anything really as car is fine without having to choose between modes and the auto regen works fine so no need for flappy paddles in my view.

Re: Duration from Order to Uk Delivery - Your Experience?

I sold my car on Webuyanycar and got nearly £2000 more than the trade in - really quite hassle free.

Re: Charging Socket

I’ve not used a public charger yet but from what I see at home - the tethered charging ‘plug’ on my home charger sticks out a fair bit - not quite as much as the flap but almost. Then there is the cable that comes out of it - looks to me like this would be first point of contact approaching from the...

Re: EV tariff

I’m not aware of any EV tariffs that are available anywhere. Be interested to hear if anyone knows who is providing them in the current climate.

Re: Domestic electricity tariffs - 2022 price cap changes

Guess once I’ve paid for the kWh in the car it’s just a question of me using it either in the car or in the home.

Would you go back to ICE ?

As a newbie to the world of EVs I can honestly say that after two and half months driving an EV, I would never go back to an ICE car. I guess light-footed driving style lends itself to EV driving and I’m fine with the range I’m getting.

Re: Domestic electricity tariffs - 2022 price cap changes

Guess I was thinking about putting power back in to the home rather than the grid, just to avoid power outage during power cuts.
