Maybe there's a vehicle dismantler who may have some ? There's a few specialist EV breakers already in the UK selling used Enyaq parts, but obviously not suitable for your LHD version.

Ahh forgot about the coding - thats another challenge too !

it's actually the whole dash underside with air vents & all.
might as well get the lodge trim for the same amount and be set from factory.
