Issue: Front Park Distance Control Unavailable.

Has anyone ever had this? It came on during a heavy rain storm down the motorway..

I thought it was the one where you clean the sensor below the bonnet badge but never noticed a triangle 2”warning before…?

It’s been 3 days and has not cleared.

Also ‘static brake manoeuvre unavailable’ (or words to the effect of) flashed up and disappears each time I turn it on.

Any ideas before I visit the dealer..?

Check if any of the parking sensors are slightly damaged. I was told a stone chip which caused a small dent in one of the sensors was the cause of the problem. The sensor was replaced at a total cost of £350 and the problem was solved. Stone chips are of course not covered by warranty.

I have exactly the same issue

Dealer sorted this out under warranty. Wiring became loose and required fixing.

Also gave me an update - something to do with the assistance systems?
