Charging Pauses and only way to Charge is charge from the My Skoda App

I am now on a second charger. When I plug the charger in it starts charging for a short time and them pauses. To start charging again I have to go into the my skoda app and select start charging. Once I start charging via the skoda app it charges ok. But I just want to be able to plug in an leave it. Its a brand new Skoda Enyag 80 sportline plus. Has anyone else had similar problems or is that just the way I have to do it?

If you mean a schedule then yes.

Used to schedule for Octopus Go hours (12:30 to 04:30) before I changed to Intelligent Octopus

Didn't (and still don't) have a home location set, just the start and finish times

I have tried the schedule in the car but it didn't work for me so there is no one set,

Many chargers now come with random start time settings. If so, can you get in and disable them?

You can't use timers on both car and charger at the same time (at least, expect problems if you do).

All car charging setting have been deleted. I tried to bump charge from the octopus app after pausing and it did start charging but paused again at 2.5 kwh charge.

I managed to get it working by leaving my charge app running on paused and octopus energy app running in the background of my phone, it charged smartly overnight.
