Skoda logo melted

Well, my pictures evolved. In the beginning, I thought, that it was meant to look like during frosty periods, but then it got worse...

I had this on the passenger side when my car went in for it's first service 4 weeks ago. The dealer said it was a common fault and that they installed a software update to reduce the temperature of the projector lens to prevent it happening again.
Guess what, the other side has just melted. So much for progress!

What do you say to the dealership when asking about replacement?

Just tell them the Skoda logo(s) have deformed - they might want to inspect the car to confirm - however, it is such a common problem ( mine is booked in for their second replacements) they might just book the car in for replacements, which only takes about 45 minutes.
