I'm in the process of buying an Enyaq 85 Edition '73-plate'(Feb 2024). I stipulated that it would need to have a towbar fitted. The dealership fitted the towbar a week ago but it gave errors and is unable to be used. I have been told that they sent a report to Skoda asking for a resolution but have yet to hear back. In the meantime nothing has been done to the car.
The dealership say that they cannot 'chase up' the problem with Skoda.
To say I'm frustrated is an understatement.
Is this good customer relations?
That said, I am trading in a 21 reg Enyaq 80 which has a dealership fitted towbar. It's a great car, probably the best car I've had so I'm very positive about the design.
