Been looking around the forums to try and help an issue I have with my Enyaq.

The screen keeps turning on and off non stop.

Tried the 30 seconds fix to reboot . not working
Removed all our bluetooth paired phones. not working

I waited for a month and a half for a recall took the car to VW picked it up and they told me that there are missing parts and they did nothing to the car.

Now I am waiting for them to call back again but I live in the Canary Islands and the shop moves very slow.

We are thinking now about changing the car and get something else because every update we get something else breaks down. We are not very satisfied with their useless tech.

Anyone else is having the same problem?

I havenā€™t had it turn off and on continuously in the enyaq, just turned off/on once.

Note I have had this issue with my Kodiaq, it had some issue with two phones connected at the same time. After a software update on both phones (Apple) and a system update at the garage that fixed it.

It's been a month since we picked up the car. It is getting worst and vw do not have an answer for me on when to bring the car back to the shop.

Regretting ever buying this car and having to deal with their customer service

Update....

VW gave us an audi q4 e-tron while they fixed our car. It took them 5 weeks to do it.
The problem: some kind of battery unit was the fault. When the car knows the part is faulty, it sends a notification to vw and then we were called to come in with the car.

The new unit did not pass the voltage test before installing it so they gave us the car back. Then when we came back a month later and lent us the q4.. The second unit did not pass the test. I was called in to see on a screen how both units failed the test and was told that it was extremely rare for them to fail tests. Since they are new parts from the factory.

The third battery passed all the tests and was installed but it took 5 weeks from the second to third and about 4 months from the initial failure.

They also did a software update and fixed the courtesy lights.

So far the screen has not turned off randomly..

I get the frustration, my car was one of the 2021 models with the bad battery cells and ended up at the dealership for 4 months waiting on parts. I just kept it positive and looked at the bright side... I put 7000miles of wear on someone elses tyres while my car was having its holiday. That said, i wasnt in and out multiple times like you!

The only downside was the loaner was a higher spec car than mine (it was an 80x Sportline, vs my 60), so now the missus is annoyed i didnt spec the electric tailgate and i'm annoyed i didnt spec the matrix headlights šŸ¤£ It also confirmed that i much prefer the sportline trim level, with the sole exception of the drivers seat digging into my leg. I think my "ideal" Enyaq would be a Sportline but with the Ecosuite interior, unfortunatley those dont exist outwith some weird builds for some of the SalSac lease providers.
