The car has 3 bars for its mobile signal, but no internet connection since this afternoon?

Anyone else?

Bit annoying, wanted an extra long charge tonight..

Yes - same for me. No connection. Nothing that requires internet in the car infotainment is working and I can’t connect to the car with the app. I have bars of signal but no connectivity.

I can't connect to the car via the app to set up my scheduled charge and DownDetector shows Skoda, VW and Vodafone all having issues. Could be the car is using the Vodafone network to connect.
iV80 Brilliant Silver, Suite, Sunroof, Climate Plus, Assisted Drive, Comfort Seat, Family Pack Plus, rear side airbags, tow bar. Ordered second week of October 2021. Production week assigned 22nd Sep 2022, build week 44, delivered week 52. On ME 3.1.

My app is showing last update at 06:00 this morning. Don't know what the car is seeing. I haven't looked.

I think it must be a Volkswagen Group issue. Volkswagen's network partner in the UK is EE via Cubic Telecom.

Defo not Vodafone as my phone has worked ok all day
Enyaq 50 edition studio trim with bells and whistles thrown in (ex show room car )

Same for me.

Had the same symptoms once before but the fuse 19 trick solved it then. But not this time - pulled and reseated fuse 19 fully expecting it to fix it, but it didn't. Good to know it's not just me.

Mine has also not updated on the App since yesterday - apparently the car charged overnight according to my charger schedule but battery status has not updated. Had intended to defrost from the App but not today!
IV60 Quartz Grey, suite, panoramic sunroof, parking basic, climate plus pack, comfort seat basic, drive sport, chrome pack, transport pack, assisted drive plus and 20” Vega wheels. ME3.7 upgrade.

Have similar issues as well. The app last updated at 0641 yesterday and didn’t update all day and also didn’t preheat the car in the evening despite have a climate plan scheduled. Also IO wouldn’t schedule the car charge last night obviously due to know communication from the car.
