I had this yesterday, but pulled fuse 19 and it's now working again (as of last night) - BUT the whole thing seems to have triggered the airbag warning light?!

My app is still refusing to connect to the car. At first I thought it was a new car / lease car gremlin until I saw this thread so I’m hoping it resolves itself soon.

Same here. The app is not connecting to the car, and in the car the profile doesn't sync and Laura can't process any requests that need a connection.

Reports on down detector seem to suggest an issue.

My last update was 12:21 yesterday (Thursday). Couldn't connect yesterday or today.

I'll not bother with pulling the fuse until others confirm it fixes it.

Pulling fuse 19 made no difference for me. Still down. I'm assuming that if I set the car schedule to charge overnight, disable IO (so it doesn't set a schedule) and leave the zappi set to fast, it should charge overnight at the cheap rate without the app?

Yeah thats exactly what i did last night... well except i didnt disable IO.

About 10minutes later octopus connected to the car and built a schedule

I just left it though, and it did charge per the schedule as expected. I had a quick check of the household energy consumption at midnight and could see the house drawing 10kw so that was enough to know it had worked.

Same here. I've not had a connection since yesterday.

Wish I came on here earlier and saved myself some time pulling the fuse and all sorts of troubleshooting

I can confirm that in my case it did then reconnect to online services (LTE connection)... though somehow led to the airbag warning light coming on.

Had the same issue and been following this thread. I got mine working again just now. I switched temporarily to a Guest profile in the car Infotainment, selected Online mode for that and then switched back to my own profile and it's started working again on the app.
