Mobile telephone volume

Hi All;

Still working to get the best out of the gadgetry in the my Enyaq 60 Loft.

However, I do have an issue that I hope someone will be able to help with:

I'm hard of hearing and although I can adjust things like Navigation Announcements etc on the 'Settings' menu, I am finding that the volume of incoming mobile telephone calls is very, very low (although apparently I am loud and clear at the other end of the call).

Is there a way of boosting the level of volume of a mobile call ? 

Can't see anything in the Handbook.

Is your Phone volume set to max?

Do the volume controls on the steering wheel / dashboard slider not increase the call volume once you are in a call?...

Exactly what Hillocklane says, wait until you're on a call then increase the volume using your usual voice controls (Slider or steering wheel roller) - the system will then remember that level for the subsequent calls.
