Hi All
Finally got around to joining and posting rather than just reading this forum. We ordered our Enyaq iv80 in September from Station Garage in Horsham, after viewing our shortlist that also included the Ford Mach-E, VW ID-4, and Hyundai Ioniq 5.
Having enjoyed reading some of your experiences and also because we now understand much more about the chip shortages, we probably would not have selected so many options. After recently retiring, the logic at the time was that we would hope to keep this car for a long (much longer than usual) time, assuming such a thing is actually possible with an EV! So we were keen to ensure it has everything we might want. Now it looks like more options equals more delay, although having said that, the waiting times do still appear to be a bit random.
I'll post our order progress information under the "How many months........" topic.
