Since taking delivery in December not had an opportunity to drive in warmer temperatures. Last week was surprised to achieve 4.3 mi/kWh on my 19 mile return trip home. The car had been parked charging for 4 hours on a Podpoint council charger, but only at 3.5 kWh rather than the usual 6.5. Temperature was 17c and driving mainly on single carriageway A roads with traffic the whole trip.

My Enyaq guessometer actually overestimated battery consumption as arrived home with more miles left than my Enyaq calculated at the beginning. Had set the car on Eco mode and had panoramic sunroof open on tilt setting. IV 60 with 20 inch alloys.

Might offset some of the increased costs of charging!

I’ve noticed this too ( and was never in any doubt ).

Actually I think above 11 or 12 degrees Celsius outside, seems to make a noticeable difference.

17-22C is the ideal temp range for EVs.

Does range start tailing off again, at higher temperatures, E.g late 20’s, early 30’s (which we sometimes get here in Britain) ?

I've not really noticed a difference yet myself. I've covered 4,000 miles in my Enyaq, nearly all of it on my daily 26 mile round trip commute. With very little variation I am getting a consistent 3.4 mpkWh regardless of temperature. The only variation is usually a as result of bad traffic on the A13 / A406.

Do you have a heat pump? I wonder if people without heat pumps will see a greater increase in efficiency as the weather warms up.

In the depths of winter my predicted range dropped to as low as 195 miles after a 100% charge and now im back up to >250 miles. Difference is night and day and I don't have the heat pump.
Enyaq 80 Suite, Race Blue, Panoramic Sunroof, 20" Vega Alloys and a silly overpriced rubber mat for the boot.
