hi guys,

ill be ordering my enyaq on the 26th of april as its new company car time.

my question is theyve told us its a enyaq 80 ecosuite auto, can anyone confirm what specification this comes with in regards to heated seats and options etc? i find the website configurator a bit confusing as to what it actually comes with. we also have the choice of an id4 1st edition so want to compare the 2, and currently the skoda is winning by a mile. But if the id4 has more bells and whistles then ill be going for that.

also whats delivery times looking like? do lease companies already have the vehicles in stock?

Pretty well specced as it's effectively the top of the range with the exception of the Founder's Edition (which are sold out AFAIK) and the recently launched Sportline, although there's a different emphasis on what you do/don't get with the Sportline (Matrix LEDs and Alcantara sports seats are standard on the Sportline for instance).

No heated seats as standard though, although it seems you do get a heated steering wheel...
Go figure!

Can't help with delivery times I'm afraid - I'm looking at ordering around Q2 or Q3 next year for delivery by late Jan '22 in order to replace my diesel Kodiaq Sportline.

Hope that helps!

thanks for that! clears it up really.

its a toss up between that and the id4, the id4 seems to have better specs as standard, heated seats and 20" wheels as standard on the 1st edition.

i know were ordering on the 26th , as our current cars are now 4/5 years old and need replaced, and obviously they want the green image for the company. assumed maybe the cars theyd picked would be available pretty rapidly.

Do they not allow any options on your company cars? Heated front seats on the Enyaq are a £400 option. £710 for front and rear as well as heated windscreen. I'd have thought you could add enough options to the Enyaq to get it close enough to the ID4. Leather seats in the Enyaq would do it for me over the ID4. You also get a 13 inch infotainment screen on the Enyaq vs 10 inch on the ID4...

Plus I think the Enyaq looks better, even though they're effectively the same car underneath.

All in the eye of the beholder I guess....

they dont allow us ato add extras, even asked if we could salary sacrifice and they said no, i believe this will be down to the leasing company their dealing with.

the skoda does look better inside and out, ive just got used to heated seats on my tucson lol. i am leaning towards the skoda tbh.

does the ecosuite come with the cognac coloured interior ?

I've just dipped into the savings a bit more since the Government moved the goalposts re the £3000 grant and ordered the iV80 last week, with the 'convenience package plus' so I can have the virtual pedal ;)

I have been given an 11 weeks window for delivery (mid to late June 2021) but the dealer hinted it might come slightly sooner - here's hoping!

Cheers

Wish they’d let us add optional extras  , I’m wondering if because ours is a lease company if they have a stock of them before private orders ?
