If I contacted them at 8am exactly I could get an update from one helpful person. The rest were not great they just called the dealer to ask for the dealer update that they got from Škoda anyway.
However if you’re not getting updates from the dealer then that’s the way to go and they will get you an update. Say the dealer is uncooperative and they should help.

Indeed - I can't even convince the salesperson at my dealership to contact Skoda for the status code. (suspect this is because I placed the order with a different salesperson, who since left, so the new one probably doesn't any incentive to care about the order). I know back in 2021 we used to be able to contact Skoda Customer Support directly if you know the order number. But then stopped this at some point. Not sure if they might do it again if you're got an uncooperative dealership.
Bit disappointing as they were superb for my first Enyaq, but they just don't seem bothered since it changed to agency sales.

Collected our 85 Edition today. All went smoothly but straight after our handover, I nearly had a head on in the car park with a lunatic driver who swinged around the corner without looking where they were going! The end nearly crashed into me but also could of crashed into the reversing car too. That wouldn't of gone down well before I got on the road!

It is now showing on the Skoda system as built and in transit from Czech. Should be here between the next 3-5 weeks.
Update 01 Dec 2024 = transit code 38- at port of exit and released for shipping- awaiting a vessel to transit it to UK (Port of Tyne). Still supposed to be 3-5 weeks.
Update 15 Dec 2024 = transit code 40- at UK port - awaiting transit to dealership = Another 2 weeks.
Update 20 Dec 2024 = transit code 40 - still at UK port (Tyne) since arrival from Germany (Emden) on Vehicles Carrier Neptune Horizon (arrived at Tyne at 19:41 hours on 12 Dec 24).
Have been promised delivery before New Year = exactly 5 months since ordering.

I had the dealer confirm to me that I can collect mine on Sunday 29th December. Ordered end of October but compromised on not having the leather to get a faster delivery. Happy as Leather does get extremely hot in the summer
Well following my earlier post saying that I had ordered on the 2nd Dec and was told expected order time of 14 weeks, so end March, I had a video update from my sales chap at the dealership saying that I’d been given a build week of 5 weeks time so approx 10th Feb. I don’t know how long it takes to build and then transport. So if anyone does, please let me know, I don’t know if this build week is early or on time. Thanks
