Climate Control stopped working

Hi All,

Over the weekend, My Skoda App climate control just stopped working and I wondered if anyone else was having this problem? I don't remember upgrading the App prior so not sure why this has stopped. One thought, if there s setting in the car software that can prevent remote climate control?

Any help much appreciated

I have the same issue... I've had a lot of updates popping up on the car in the past week. May be its the usual case of fix 1 issue and break 5 other things?

So I'm not alone. I will contact Skoda support, it takes two to three days for them to respond, but if I get an update I will post on here

Same here. Funny thing is that it still functions through the old Skoda App (MySkoda Essentials)

Same here. It was working a couple of days ago.

Sort of glad to know I’m not alone, but wish I knew there was a fix incoming!
