Asked on pretty much every car forum when people get a new car in the last 20 years or so
It's for humidity sensors that are used when the car is being stored at the factory and transported from the factory to the dealership. Kind of like the labels inside mobile phones that indicate if they've got too wet. Dealers are supposed to tuck them out of the way as part of the initial preparation process before they hand the car over to the customer.
