MySkoda App Activation

Hi all

Looking for some help and guidance. I took delivery of my new Enyaq on Friday (01/09/2023) and I cannot seem to get full access to the MySkoda App

The only thing I can do is view if the car is locked, Windows in open etc

No access to vehicle charging info
No access to Remote Climate control.

Says I need to activate but then nothing to activate?

Am I missing something?

Yes, it really is a crap system.

There is some on-line system where you can 'purchase' these services - you may be able to access this through the Skoda 'Shop' on the car's screen.

I didn't need to "purchase" anything for these to work. I'd question whether the dealer has done everything right?

These services are all included for the first three years of the car’s life.
