Is it possible to delete destinations? I have too many that will never be used again.

Yes it is possible - though I can't remember how without going out to the car. I've added and removed many over the last couple of years.

Slide the entries, I think to the right, which will ask if you want to edit or delete

Slide to the left. A dustbin icon appears on the right. Tap, gone.
