I won’t be that close. But my car is/was scheduled to be built this week. I won’t see it until late Jan early Feb.

Ordered 14th October, car to be built week 2 2024, so possibly March delivery

Ordered an 80x early August, confirmed now an 85x with a build week of 48, so delivery end of this month/early Jan I’m told! All options I chose will come on the 85x too, Maxx pack, panoramic sunroof, heat pump, transport pack, partition screen and in race blue with the Vega alloys. Will try to remember to post some pics when it arrives.

I hope everyone who ordered an 80x sportline plus not on Motability remembers to make sure their invoice is updated when the car arrives.

The 85x is more than £2k cheaper than the 80x

Just noticed that these are now showing as in stock on the Skoda website, with availability of 1-2 weeks!

Just noticed that these are now showing as in stock on the Skoda website, with availability of 1-2 weeks!

They are also showing some 85 Sportline Plus (2wd) with similar availability. Given that 85 Sportline Plus isn't available to order as new, I assume these must be from cancelled orders that were originally 80 Sportline Plus models.

Does seem to suggest that 85s are starting to reach the UK, which is good news.
