Motability orders

Does a motability order get delivered any quicker. I ordered a 85x in mid December and not had a build date yet.

I placed a Motability order for an 85x in November, still no build date.

I ordered an 80x in mid September on motability and it was built as an 85x and delivered 15th Jan. Build week was 3rd week in November

The simple answer to this is "no". It just goes in line with the rest of the orders, further delays can result if you take up any options on the vehicle.
I think the 85X has a long wait at the moment compared to a standard 85 as I know of someone ordering the same time as me for an 85 coupe (Late Dec) and they have already got a build week of week 7.

The only way to get one quicker is to look for ex stock. We had a 60 on order last March with delivery expected in September but when the 80 was added to the list in May we contacted the dealer to enquire about changing and luckily they had one in stock and were happy to cancel original order. Just wasn't the first choice colour but came with bonus of a pan roof.

I ordered the day after you and was told 13+ weeks but going by some on here I'm expecting it by may/June. If it arrives earlier then great but I'm not holding any hope.

Can't help with the heat pump.

Ordered our coupe 85x Sportline just before Christmas through Motability, when ordered we were told ~16 weeks, but had an update last week from the Dealer saying 20 weeks for delivery, which estimated mid June, may be different for non-coupe though...

Ordered from local dealer on motability mid november, popped into store two weeks back to see if they had any updates. Was advised there was no build date for our order, but that there were several identical spec models sitting on the dock, and they would just have one of those sent over instead, received it today.
