Is it built awaiting parts or is it not even started yet? If its built waiting on parts then that at least means you should be in the backlog to be cleared.

@Goaty just off phone to really helpful salesman and he said my car has a code of 39nl vehicle shipped and it left port two days ago. I am the same build week as you. Said 10 to 14 days typical from now. Happy days.

I've been contacted today to say the car has arrived at the Dealer! Should be getting a firm delivery date tomorrow. Ordered on 7th April!

My order was placed on August 17th through work (nhs fleet solutions) and I still have not even been given an estimated build date. They won’t even give me the order number so I can’t try the Skoda chatbot

If you ordered in August (I did too) then I wouldn’t worry about anything until at least the end of November. My dealership has said mine has a build date but I haven’t bothered to find out what that is as I’m not expecting the car until probably January.

The chap at my dealership said if you order the basic version of boths these are tending to arrive much faster, minute you ask for fast charging etc it is then delayed.

Andyj84, you don't need the order number in order to get info. I did not have mine, they just referenced against my phone number and gave me my order number.

Hi All!
New to the forum. I ordered my Enyaq as a company car on 19th July -
Enyaq iV 60 Eco Suite in Artic Silver with 21" Betria Anthracite Wheels, Heat Pump and 100kWh DC Charging.
My company told me yesterday that delivery is now expected in March next year!
