Please remember that it is (and always has been) illegal for the driver of a vehicle to be able to see any form of video not related to the vehicle (eg reversing camera) whilst the car is in motion. Hence you find that cars with TVs as standard have it linked to the handbrake. Perfectly fine for passengers to watch of course, but the screen mustn't be visible to the driver - so angled away or blocked in some way. On my old Honda CRV, you could watch a DVD on the headrest screens with the car moving, but unless the handbrake was on, you couldn't watch it on the dashboard screen (just switched back to satnav display).

Covered by regulation 109 of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986, section 42 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 and carries a £50 fine and no penalty points. People have been fined for having Facetime calls with the phone in a holder for example.

Of course, it's absolutely fine to watch Netflix whilst the car is parked :)
