I went for the Loft, and not actually because it was the cheapest / standard option, but I did genuinely prefer it. The Suite was the other one that I considered, but I just found that it made the interior look so dark, and I wanted something a bit lighter.

As I'm handing back a BMW 5 with black leather interior in September, I went straight for the Suite (black leather) in the iV60 I initially spec'd up (I wasn't too keen on the 1970's "Ford Granada" orange/brown Eco Suite option!!!).

When I changed to the iV80, I had to drop a lot of options - and 'reluctantly' went for the Loft interior.

Now that I've had the chance to see both the Suite and the Loft interiors at my local Skoda dealership, I have to say that I am massively impressed with the Loft option; the Suite is really very nice too, but I think all those 'Piano Black' surfaces are real finger-print magnets and get smudgy really quickly. The Loft has more of a matt surface or brushed aluminium effect where the Suite has Piano Black - so I think it will be easier to keep clean.

Therefore the Loft is my favourite

Yes it is It's actually customisable, so you can pick from a range of colours. It seems that the led strip on the doors do turn to red when you open them - which is a nice safety feature helping other road users to see that the door is open.

I understand (having spoken to one of Skoda's designers) that the Continental European Loft and Studio interiors don't have the LED ambient lighting on the dashboard. However the LED dash strip is included on the Loft interior in the UK version (as well as the Lodge, Lounge, Suite and Eco Suite). There doesn't seem to be any Studio version in the UK at the moment.

Loft is great, here in Finland did not have the led stripe on the dash though. It's a shame as when ordered it all the images and materials showed the light there too. Disappointed. Not a deal breaker, but a really cool feature not present in our car.
