I saw a post on another thread to get Care Connect - Remote Access. I got the trial month but seems to be saying free for a year (we'll see). I now get a load of info including whether locked etc which may be useful. I think the idea though is that the app will wake the car from deep sleep mode and allow charging. There is a vehicle wake up option that I have on and says will wake car when I open app. I tried closing and opening app, click on all the pages but this didn't make any difference - didn't start charging at start of schedule from Octopus.

Removing the schedule from Zappi app made no difference either.

At start of charging window the Zappi app shows "Waiting for EV" at top. This then changed to "EV is preventing charging".

I have found that if in the app I go via "Target temperature" and click Start button to heat cabin it wakes the car and charging starts. So at least I can wake car to get charge started without having to go outside.

Will try the fuse 3 thing and also set charging location in the car.

I've been through all this.
I had an Enyaq 60 a year ago and everything worked fine on Intelligent Octopus Go.
I upgraded to an 85 6 weeks ago and couldn't get it working. The problem is with Skoda not allowing any more vehicles on to its network.
Solution - I changed to standard Octopus Go to get cheap 5 hours overnight and set my charger to only charge between 12.30 and 5.30 am
Like you I had much anguish and many attempts to get IOG working.
Skoda needs to upgrade it's infrastructure

I added the location and it didn't make any difference.

Did the fuse 3 thing and now charging perfectly. Starting automatically at the times set by Octopus. Fingers crossed it continues.

I’ve been having the same issue with needing to wake the car, Apey. How is it going? Still working for you?

Since I did the fuse remove and put back it has worked automatically. No issues at all and now don't even check it as been fine.

If the fuse thing doesn't work for you then maybe go back and do the other things people have suggested. I did them one at a time so I would know which one go it working but nothing changed till fuse reset. It could be that one/some/all of them were also necessary to get charging happening.
