Good morning
I'm not going to go on but the latest update is really diabolical. The car refuses to charge on AC if its under 50%. This means visiting the nearest DC to get a top up.
The cars waiting to go back in to see the blind monkeys who create these scenarios. It really isn't good enough. 3 weeks I have suffered which has become very expensive.
The cars are OK but the infrastructure is garbage. Does anyone actually test the software.
No need to try and fix it I have tried it all from pulling fuses, different leads etc etc...it's basic stuff this. Electric cars need to be able to stop and go..that's it really and if one isnt functional it may aswell be a chicken coop.
Rant over
Update broken
I've had my Enyaq exactly a year now. So far, I've had absolutely no problems, even with charging at home. I practically only charge at home. Even if you don't write what type of Enyaq you have (what you should write), I think you also have software 3.7. For me, this software was updated from version 3.6, which I had in a new car from a year ago, so maybe that's why I don't have any problems. Another probably important thing is that I use a domestic charger from SKODA.
SKODA Enyaq RS Coupe, ( riki1.eu )
mine had the fuse 3 issue after the 3.7 update, works perfectly otherwise...
I find it hard to believe that the car refuses to charge under 50%, there is probably user error here somewhere.
People like to overcomplicate things with conflicting timers and settings etc etc.
