Apple Carplay stops Radio

I have been having a problem with Carplay for a few months now. The problem is that when I have the Radio on and playing, Apple Carplay will cut it off after a few seconds or minutes. It will either go to the last thing played in Carplay or the iPhone, or just stop the Radio. It will either go to the Apple Carplay home screen, or the last Carplay app used, or just stay on the Skoda infotainment screen.
I have an iPhone 13 Pro, and the problem is pretty consistent since the beginning of Summer 2024. The problem was there in iOS 17 and now iOS 18.
The problem was there occasionally even before the summer, but killing all apps on the iPhone would do the trick and solve the problem.
Now, killing app on the phone will not help. The only half solution is to disconnect Carplay and stay on Bluetooth only, or just play WebRadio through Carplay.
I have tried forgetting/deleting the Carplay/Bluetooth/Wifi connection on both car and phone, I have the latest available versions available for my harware (Skoda Enyaq MY23 ver.3.2 with all the small OTA updates done, iOS 18 and all apps updated almost daily).
I also tried driving focus on, and limit notification on the phone.
Nothing works as a solution.
Any idea what could be wrong? I need your input best and brightest!

Remove your phone from the car - delete all the connected device and repair.

Similarly thing happened to me. I dont think it is the car. I think it is an Apple software issue maybe iOS
