Battery Protection Limit
Could it not be because your car is parked in a place, where the internet signal is weak ?

Absolutley not. We have strong signal.
And this wouldnt stop the door handle touch sensors, the gesture boot from working, or the slow start-up when the car is unlocked with the key etc.

Hi, I'm having this exact same problem and it's driving me mad! Have reported to Skoda several times. I fully charged the 12V battery 5 days ago and the messages started again yesterday without opening the app.
As you mentioned all the keyless entry features stop working on the car as well.
I also have Intelligent Octopus Go and have always had trouble with it charging my car reliably as my charger isn't integrated and I have to go through the car. Is it possible Octopus still poll the car even if smart charging is disabled?

I've joined the battery warning club today - please use remote etc! Charged to 90% last night & have had 3 messages today so far at workplace so I assume by Bluetooth from the app! Skoda Enyaq 85 that's 6mths old with 6000miles on the clock! Is it just the temp?
Me too. Went to preheat the car before setting off and got a message saying 12v battery low and functions disabled to preserve the battery for critical functions. May 2025 85x with 3500 miles on the clock. The car is practical and nice to drive but in every other respect it’s annoying the hell out of me, and I’m stuck with it for another 2 and a half years.

Oh and the other day the keyfob wouldn’t work at all no keyless, buttons not working and couldn’t t access the car. This was after a new battery about a week ago. It mysteriously started working again the next day.
I think it’s only a matter of time before the car is totally dead due to the 12v battery becoming over discharged.

Does anyone have any contact details to get in touch with Škoda uk for reporting issues?

I don’t think it’s a charger issue. I fully charged the car and fully charged the 12v battery. I went to work and when I came back home the warning came on about low 12v battery. The car had just been sat at work and not on charge, so the fault must lie with the car draining the 12v battery in literally 10 hours. I park a good 100m away from the car and the key is in a faraday pouch so it can’t be the car sensing the key either. Nothing on the car was left on or running.DanOx wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2024 5:04 pm Hi, I'm having this exact same problem and it's driving me mad! Have reported to Skoda several times.
