UK Trim and equipment levels:

In the UK customers will be able to choose from three familiar trim grades; SE L, Edition and SportLine, all of which enjoy generous standard specifications. The entry point to the new Enyaq range is the SE L model, which is available exclusively with the SUV body style and a 63kWh (59kWh net) battery. Among the many highlights are the 19” Proteus silver alloy wheels, LED headlights and rear lights as well as keyless entry with walk away locking function. A 13” infotainment screen with satellite navigation and electric boot with Virtual pedal add to the standard specification. Driver assistance systems include Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Assist Plus and Blind Spot Detection.

The Edition trim is available as both an SUV and coupé with a choice of two batteries; 60 (SUV) and 85 (SUV and coupé); a 63kWh (59kWh net) pack and a larger 82kWh (77kWh net) battery size. Edition models build on the specification of the SE L and add 19-inch Regulus anthracite alloy wheels, full LED Matrix headlights and unique dark chrome roof rails and window trim.

SportLine variant with distinctive black detailing
The SportLine variant of the new Enyaq enhances its sporty aesthetic with extensive black detailing. This variant features a high-gloss black finish on the front spoiler, side window trim, and the roof rails of the SUV version, as well as wing mirror caps in metallic black. Both the front and rear lettering are also finished in black, whilst the SportLine badge now sits proudly on the tailgate. The vehicle sports 20-inch Vega alloy wheels in metallic black as standard, with the option to upgrade to 21-inch Supernova wheels in the same finish. In the UK , the SportLine trim will be available exclusively with an all-wheel drive powertrain along with the illuminated Tech-Deck, head-up display, area view camera, progressive dynamic steering and sports suspension.

Batteries and powertrains

The new Škoda Enyaq is available with two battery sizes and three powertrain options, delivering outputs from 204 PS to 286 PS (150 kW to 210 kW)*. The top‑tier Enyaq 85x features an additional electric motor on the front axle, providing all‑wheel drive capability. With a range of up to 365 miles (587 kilometres), it is perfectly suited for long-distance journeys. The new Enyaq also supports rapid charging at DC fast-charging stations, achieving a charge from 10 to 80 per cent in just 28 minutes or less, thanks to a maximum charging rate of up to 175 kW.

Interior details:

The interior of the new Škoda Enyaq excels with its timeless design, outstanding ergonomics and intuitive controls. It offers plenty of space for passengers as well as generous luggage capacity – 585 to 1,710 litres in the Enyaq and 570 to 1,610 litres in the Enyaq Coupé. A 5‑inch Digital Cockpit and central 13-inch infotainment display are standard.

The redesigned steering wheel is now heated as standard and features Škoda lettering. Standard equipment now also includes keyless entry with open‑on‑approach and walk‑away locking as well as heated front seats, tri-zone climate control and tow bar preparation for all models.

In addition, there are four option packages: Advanced, Maxx, Transport and Winter. These are complemented by a number of standalone options such as the panoramic sunroof, tow bar, and the heat pump.

Six Design Selections and sustainable materials
In the interior, the new Škoda Enyaq offers six different Design Selections. Reflecting the new Modern Solid design language, the entry Loft Design Selection features a combination of grey fabric and black artificial leather, and the Lodge Design Selection has a fresh, colourful appeal, with contrasting stitching and special seat belts in eye-catching orange.

The Lodge Design Selection showcases sustainable innovation with seat upholstery made from TechnoFil containing a 75% share of ECONYL® yarns, which are obtained from sources such as discarded fishing nets, fabric scraps from factories and old carpets. The remaining 25% is made up of polyester. The new Lounge Design Selection’s predominantly dark grey upholstery features seat covers made of a combination of artificial leather and microsuede with new mint green contrasting stitching. In the Suite Black Design Selection, the seat covers consist of a black leather/artificial leather mix with brown stitching. In the Suite Cognac Design Selection, the cognac-coloured leather is tanned using an eco‑friendly process that utilises olive leaf extracts. This enables the efficient use of leaf matter considered a waste material in other processing industries. The SportLine Design Selection features black sports seats with integrated headrests, microsuede/artificial leather upholstery and grey contrasting stitching.

The latest version of the MyŠkoda app introduces several enhancements designed to make life with a Škoda car even more convenient and enjoyable. Powerpass is now seamlessly integrated into the app, providing access to over 800,000 charging points across Europe.

The Enyaq’s Škoda Connect services now include Lock & Unlock, enabling users to remotely secure or access their vehicle via the app. Another new feature, Predictive Maintenance, uses driving data and the Vehicle Health Report to identify potential issues before they occur. This service monitors the traction battery, 12 V battery, brake pad wear, and air conditioning system.

Additionally, the integration of Plug & Charge into Powerpass simplifies charging at public stations by eliminating the need for external authorisation tools such as RFID cards or separate apps.

I feel there was a good opportunity to make some meaningful changes to the model now. For example, slightly increased range and having a heat pump as standard. Ioniq 5 now comes with heat pump as standard so this was a good opportunity for Skoda to follow suit.

All I really see is a new front end, and to be honest there's very little else shown above that's new. Most of what's listed above is already available, if not necessarily by default.

Hopefully the software is better, but that's yet to be seen.

Not sure about it myself. I liked the look of the current one as it stood out as different to the rest. The new face has a whiff of Citroen about it to me, with some Hyundai thrown in. Understand it is going to help aerodynamics, but side by side, prefer the current version.

Maybe it will grow on me after time ?
